What your days look like Supervise clients and staff weekly, ensuring top‑noble ABA services across the board. Mentor RBTs & Case Managers — helping the next generations of clinicians grow with confidence. Oversee assessments, goal setting and clinical team meetings to keep care sharp and intentional. Maintain high‑quality documentation, communication and clinical standards throughout. What you bring Active BCBA Certification. Master’s in ABA, Psychology or related field. 2+ years supervising clinical staff. Strong ABA skills (BTT, Verbal Behavior, NET). Reliable car, CA driver’s license & insurance. CPR certification, immunization records and background check upon hire. Compensation & Perks Hourly Rate: $45-$60 (depending on experience and education) Company‑issued tablet or laptop.
