Campus Receptionist

POSITION PURPOSE

Responsible for greeting and assisting patients, family members, visitors, physicians, and staff. Directs and escorts visitors to other areas of the hospital campus. Transports patients or visitors via wheelchair to outpatient or inpatient areas within the hospital campus. Serves as a customer relations liaison for patients and family at Froedtert South.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED

Strong and professional interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as the ability to exhibit tact, and confidentiality practices. Ability to work proactively and independently as a self-starter. Ability to read, write, hear, speak and comprehend the English language.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Ensures guests are greeted and assisted in a professional manner. Functions as a customer relations representative for guests and staff.
