Vitality Bowls Superfood Café in West Bloomfield is looking for a health-minded , and energetic individual to join our team. We are all about promoting health and wellness while delivering delicious açaí bowls, smoothies, fresh juices, soups, salads and wraps. Experience preferred but will train, high growth possibility and possible flex schedule (4 days a week) available. (TIPS AVERAGE +2/hr over hourly pay)

Team members will have the following job duties:
  • Be able to handle a fast paced environment, show calmness under pressure 
  • Work together well with others 
  • Be generally happy and have outstanding customer service skills
  • Memorize the training material and be able to explain the health benefits of the ingredients and the food 
  • Continuously and thoroughly clean the kitchen and lobby
  • Put away deliveries and keep everything organized
  • Complete all opening and closing duties
  • Perform additional tasks requested by your manager
  • Adhere to safety procedures
  • Handle specials circumstances
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers
  • Looking to advance right employee to assistant manager
  Requirements:
  • Friendly with a natural focus on customer service. 
  • Be extremely dedicated to cleaning and keeping environment organized
  • Must be able to handle a basic computer, POS system; handling cash and credit cards
  • Follow health, sanitary, and safety requirements
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time, occasionally lift heavy boxes, move quickly and have a sense of urgency
  • Maintain a clean and work appropriate personal appearance
  • Come to work with a positive attitude, and are willing to work well with others
  • Leadership abilities
