Marketing & Communications Associate

About the role Zest AI is seeking a MarComms Associate to support the Content Marketing and Communications team in executing digital content and communications initiatives. This role will help amplify Zest AI’s voice across social media, coordinate messaging across teams, and support campaigns that highlight how AI is transforming lending. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with an interest in fintech, AI, and storytelling through digital channels. This role offers hands‑on experience in B2B marketing, social media strategy, and content development at a fast‑growing fintech company. Roles & Responsibilities Execute and contribute to the proposed social media strategy – assist with drafting, editing, and scheduling posts for Zest AI’s LinkedIn account Coordinate between Marketing and Communications teams on upcoming content and campaigns Work collaboratively with the design team to develop graphics and short‑form video ideas that support drafted content Help track social media performance and compile engagement insights Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and fintech news to inform content Assist with marketing campaigns, announcements, and thought leadership initiatives Support content calendar planning and ensure alignment across marketing channels Provide general support for marketing and communications projects as needed Support website content updates, including assisting with content migration for the new site and helping draft and publish blog content Support the creation of our monthly LinkedIn newsletter, including writing content descriptions, editing, and publishing.
