Senior Litigation Associate - Family Law

Atkins and Atkins is looking for an experienced family law attorney to join our Columbus office as a Senior Associate Attorney. We are a small, established family law firm with a busy practice focused on divorce, custody, post-decree matters, and civil protection orders. We are looking for someone who wants to take on a senior role within the firm, manage their own caseload, and work as part of a collaborative team. Our attorneys have a good amount of independence in managing their cases and developing case strategy, but there is also plenty of opportunity to collaborate. Our Senior Associate will work alongside our other associates and have the support of paralegal and administrative staff. We are looking for someone with solid family law experience who is comfortable handling cases from beginning to end, including working directly with clients, negotiating with opposing counsel, attending hearings, and trying cases when necessary. Just as importantly, we want someone who is a good fit for a small firm and is looking for a place to build a long-term practice. $125,000+ base salary, depending on experience Performance bonus Retirement plan with employer matching Hybrid and flexible work options Paid time off and holidays CLE and professional development support Experienced paralegal and administrative support Support and collaboration from other attorneys in the firm Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Ohio and have prior family law experience.
