Board Certified Behavior Analyst

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will have the opportunity to focus on quality clinical care while being supported by a responsive and collaborative team.
About the Role:
As a BCBA at EzCare ABA, you will be responsible for:
• Developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans for clients with autism
• Supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and providing ongoing training and support
• Conducting assessments and adjusting treatment goals as needed
• Collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
• Maintaining compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
Compensation and Schedule:
• Pay Range: $70-$95/hour
• Job Type: Hybrid and Part-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability and Client Schedule
• Location: Richmond and Surrounding Area, VA

Requirements:
• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
