Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team in Waycross, GA. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient workflow, and lead a team to meet company goals. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient processes. Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets and maintain high morale. Monitor workflow and productivity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards. Collaborate with other departments to support operational goals and resolve issues. Prepare and maintain operational reports, schedules, and documentation. Assist in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations of staff. Address and resolve operational challenges promptly to minimize disruptions. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven experience in operations supervision or a related field. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to analyze processes and implement improvements. Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards. Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational management software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. This position is based in Waycross, GA, and may require occasional overtime or weekend work depending on operational needs.
