HR / Recruiting Assistant Location: Belcamp, MD Compensation: 40-50k/annual DOE Summary T2S Solutions currently has an opening for an HR/Recruiting Assistant to join our HR team operating out of Belcamp, MD. Thisrole will support the overall HR organization and have a focus on supporting talent acquisition and recruitment. Responsibilities Support the full life cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening coordination, and interview scheduling Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interview teams Support recruitment efforts, including hiring events, job fairs, and various other outreach initiatives Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives related to recruiting and HR operations Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies and government contract obligations Communicate effectively with employees and leadership through clear written and verbal communication Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners Support special HR projects and perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or related capacity Knowledge of HR processes and employee relations Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Active U.S. Government security clearance (or ability to obtain one) Experience with ClearCompany, Taleo, UKG Ready or similar ATS / HRIS platforms Familiarity with federal contracting requirements and compliance standards T2S believes that our employees are our most valuable asset, and we strive to provide them with the resources and support they need to thrive both personally and professionally.
