Title Registered Dental Assistant Job Description Patient Care: Welcoming patients, building rapport, and ensuring they feel comfortable in the treatment room. Clinical Support: Assisting the doctor during procedures and staying up-to-date on emerging clinical technologies. Safety & Sterilization: Maintaining a sterile environment, cleaning instruments, and strictly following OSHA/HIPAA guidelines. Imaging: Taking, exposing, and mounting high-quality dental radiographs. Back-Office Flow: Monitoring lab supplies and contributing to the overall efficiency of the practice. Shift & Schedule Monday: 8:00am – 5:00pm Tuesday: 7:00am – 3:00pm Wednesday: OFF Thursday: 7:00am – 3:00pm Friday: 7:00am – 3:00pm Requirements Basic life support Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Dentrix Eaglesoft Experienced Dental Assistant (3+ years) Open Dental Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Dental Assistant. Credentials: Valid California RDA or RDAEF license, Radiology Certification, and CPR Certification. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with dental software like Dentrix or Eaglesoft is highly preferred. Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with a knack for patient interaction. Education: High school diploma or GED.
