Responsibilities Maintains a clean, safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment throughout the community Performs routine cleaning duties in resident areas, common spaces, offices, restrooms, and other assigned locations Sweeps, mops, vacuums, dusts, sanitizes, and removes trash as part of daily custodial responsibilities Completes floor care and restroom sanitation in accordance with established standards Responds to routine cleaning requests and supports day‑to‑day building operations Follows safety procedures, infection control practices, and proper use of cleaning supplies and equipmentAssists in maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the campus Interacts professionally and courteously with residents, visitors, and team members Works independently and collaboratively to ensure assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner Requirements Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions Identify problems or irregularities, for early resolutions Work effectively, with a focus on high levels of quality and service Work effectively in a general business environment, with a focus on high levels of quality and customer service Communicate, read, and write using the English language Ability to work with minimal supervision #J-18808-Ljbffr Theuniversityunion
