This role involves providing outpatient physical therapy services with a focus on orthopedic and neurological patient populations, ensuring quality care and rehabilitation. The position offers a flexible schedule within a Monday through Friday work week. Job Details Position / Specialty: PT Outpatient Schedule: M-F, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM, with some flexibility, minimum 40 hours per week Required Qualifications: Valid Illinois state physical therapist license, BLS certification, 1 year of relevant experience, located in Illinois, and active license at the time of application Preferred Qualifications: Cerner charting system experience, community hospital experience, outpatient clinic experience, and familiarity with orthopedic and neurologic case skills Responsibilities: Assessing, treating, and documenting patient progress for orthopedic cases such as ankle sprains, hip and knee injuries, post-op surgeries, and neurologic conditions like post-stroke rehabilitation. Skills in adaptive devices, gait training, pain management, and patient education are essential. Additional Requirements: Must arrive 3 business days prior to start for fingerprinting, complete required modules before start, and ensure Illinois license is active Submission Requirements: SSN, DOB, two interview availability windows, confirmed RTO days, and certifications as specified. Floating within scope may be expected, but no float within the facility is required.
