Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, OutpatientExperience: 2 yearsANDPhysical Therapist, PediExperience: 1 yearSSN RequiredDOB RequiredWork History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work historyReferences: 1 Reference in entire work historyBachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
Must have Inpatient and Outpatient Experience.
-Must have at least one year of Peds PT experience if working in Peds.
-Must be a team player, flexible, and accustomed to fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
EPIC experience; can train on-site.
Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
