Job Description About the Role: BLESS LIFE LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable Full-Time CDL Driver to join our team in Islandia, NY. Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial motor vehicles safely and in compliance with all DOT and state regulations
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate driver logs
• Transport and deliver freight, goods, or materials to designated locations on schedule
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding routes, delays, and delivery status
• Load and unload cargo as required, ensuring proper securement of all freight
• Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report mechanical issues promptly
• Follow ALL traffic laws and regulations while driving

Requirements:

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial driving
• Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents
• Must meet DOT physical and medical certification requirements (Drug and Alcohol test/ Follicle Examine)
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and Hours of Service (HOS) rules
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with strong communication skills
• Knowledge of and ability to operate various types of trucks including flatbeds, refrigerated, trailers, dry van trailers, tankers, etc.
• Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles
