We're excited to share a new opportunity on our Customer Experience Team: Installer Success Advocate (ISA) .Think of the ISA as the go-to person for a dedicated group of our 1099 Window Installers and Window Service Techs. This role keeps our installers and techs focused on what they do best, installing and repairing windows, by handling everything else behind the scenes. What you'll do:

• Build and manage schedules for your assigned group of installers and service techs
• Accurately calculate and enter job pay so installers and techs are compensated correctly and on time
• Troubleshoot, research, and resolve issues that pop up along the way
• Serve as the reliable point of contact your installers and techs can count on

What we're looking for:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (accuracy on pay calculations matters)
• Comfort working with 1099 contractors and understanding their unique needs
• A problem-solver who can dig into issues and see them through to resolution
• Great communication skills and a service-first mindset
