• Shift Schedule: Days/Nights & Flexible
- 6a-6p/6p-6a/10a-10p; Weekdays & 11a-10p; Sat-Sun
• Shift Coverage:
- ED w/ combined EM/UC at a tertiary level II hospital
• Patient Volume: 23 • Support Staff: RNs, 1 Urgent Care APP, Office Staff
• 24-hr Support Services Available:
- Anesthesia, Cardio-Thoracic Surg, Cath Lab, General Surg, Lab, Neuro-Surg
- OR Response Time, Orthopedic Surg, Radiology & Vascular Surgery.
• Beds in the Dept: 38 combined ED/UC
• Trauma Level: II, III
• EMR: Cerner
• L&D Dept Available: Yes
• Other Info: 1st day will be dedicated to orientation & preferably Monday.
• Newborn Deliveries Received in the ED: Yes
• Required to Supervise APPs: Yes
• Temporary Privileges available: Yes
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered



Requirements:
• WI License
• BC/BE ( Will take FM/UC w/ experience )
• ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS (AHA)
