Do you love fashion, enjoy helping people, and know how to create an exceptional customer experience? True Fashionistas, Florida’s largest lifestyle resale store, is looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Full-Time Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our award-winning team at our Flagship Naples loacation

This is an exciting opportunity to build a retail career in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment where every day is different and exceptional service matters.

What You’ll Do

As an important part of our customer experience, you will:

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive service

• Help shoppers find pieces they love and confidently make purchases

• Share product knowledge and assist with styling when appropriate

• Operate the register and process transactions accurately

• Assist customers in the fitting-room area

• Maintain clean, organized, and inviting merchandise displays

• Showcase designer and high-end merchandise

• Help replenish and organize the sales floor

• Work closely with the team to keep daily operations running smoothly

Schedule

• Full-time position

• Five shifts per week

• Store hours are Monday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Saturday availability is required

• Closed every Sunday and on major holidays
