Human Resources Business Partner

Serve as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders, aligning talent strategies with business priorities and organizational objectives. Build trusted relationships with leaders to proactively address organizational challenges and enable business growth. Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, leadership effectiveness, and talent development. Support organizations operating in rapidly evolving technology environments, with a strong understanding of the unique talent challenges associated with AI, GPU infrastructure, inference, cloud computing, and emerging technologies. Translate business priorities into integrated HR strategies in partnership with Centers of Excellence, including , Total Rewards, Learning & Development, HR Operations, and Employee Relations. Lead organizational change initiatives by providing coaching, change management support, and communication strategies that improve adoption and business outcomes. Provide guidance and coaching to leaders regarding employee relations, performance management, engagement, and career development while ensuring consistent application of company policies and employment laws. Analyze workforce and people data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, using insights to recommend actionable business solutions. Partner with leaders to improve organizational effectiveness through talent reviews, organizational assessments, and capability planning. Collaborate across regional and global HR teams to share best practices and drive consistency across the organization. Lead or contribute to enterprise HR initiatives that support the company’s strategic priorities and culture. Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitive talent practices, and labor market dynamics, particularly within AI, GPU, cloud infrastructure, and high-growth technology sectors. The compensation range for this position ranges from $78,074.00/year in our lowest geographic market up to 114,546.30 USD/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
