I'm a graduate of Murray State University with a business degree and, outside of the office, I enjoy coaching my kids' sports, volunteering at church, supporting local organizations, and getting in a round of golf when I can. Family and community are a big part of who I am, and that spirit carries into how we run our agency. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
