Adhering to a customized care plan, you will ensure clients feel supported, safe, and comfortable in their homes at all times. Key ResponsibilitiesPersonal Care Assistance (ADL's): Assist with hygiene, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mouth and skin care, and toileting.Mobility Support: Help clients transfer and move safely using wheelchairs, walkers, gait belts, or hoyer lift/sit-to-stand.Meal Preparation: Plan and cook nutritious meals according to client preferences and needs.Medication Reminders: Ensure clients take their medications safely and on schedule.Companionship: Engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities to support emotional well-being.Specialized Monitoring: Provide specialized observation and care for clients living with Alzheimer’s and Dementia.Transportation & Errands: Drive clients to doctor appointments, grocery stores, or beauty salons using your vehicle or the client's vehicle.Light Housekeeping: Maintain a clean living space by vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, gathering trash, changing bed linens, and doing light laundry.We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws
