Customer Service Agent Hebron, KY Customer Service Representative (Full-Time) Location: SIXT Rent a Car – Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) Company: Tom Wood Group Employment Type: Full-Time Pay: $17.00–$19.00/hour (based on experience) Available Shifts: Sunday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM Friday–Monday (4-day workweek): Friday & Saturday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Sunday & Monday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM Monday–Friday: 1:30 PM – 9:0 PM Job Summary: SIXT Rent a Car, a proud member of the Tom Wood Group, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our full-time team at the Cincinnati Airport location. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, problem‑solving, and thriving in a fast‑paced environment while delivering a seamless rental experience.
