Responsibilities Lead and conduct surveys of long-term care facilities to assess compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Apply CMS survey procedures and the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT) requirements. Demonstrate independent decision-making skills to direct and effectively manage the survey process. Set priorities for survey tasks and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate openly to discuss conflicts, seek assistance when appropriate, and resolve issues to support accurate survey outcomes. Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work. Successful completion of CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT. At least two (2) years of recent experience as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities serving residents of long-term care facilities. Current licensure to practice as an LCSW. Ability to travel up to 75% of the time on a regular basis. U.S. Citizenship is required for this position. Benefits Salary: $72,000 - $80,000 per year. Full-time position (Monday - Friday).
