Key Responsibilities\n- \n

- Provide evidence-based individual and group psychotherapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). \n
- Execute timely crisis intervention strategies when necessary and develop safety plans to ensure patient well-being during acute episodes. \n
- Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes using electronic health records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. \n
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated patient care and optimize treatment effectiveness. \n
- Participate in regular staff meetings, sharing insights, strategies, and outcomes to foster a culture of continuous learning and clinical excellence. \n
- Engage in professional development through training, attending workshops, and staying updated with the latest research in mental health practices. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program, emphasizing mental health. \n
