Embark on a meaningful contract assignment as an on-site Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students for the 26/27 school year! This full-time opportunity offers 40 hours per week on a school-based schedule, beginning as soon as possible and running through May 31, 2027. Multiple positions are available, providing the chance to collaborate with skilled colleagues and make a lasting impact in students’ academic and personal development.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Florida (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY considered)
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students, families, and staff
• Ability to carry out assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments
• Develop and execute therapy sessions tailored to students’ individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to ensure holistic student support
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP documentation and meetings
• Offer consultative support to classroom teachers and participate in multidisciplinary teams
