Health Information Records Specialist I
Oroville Hospital
Oroville Hospital seeks a Health Information Technician I to support patient records, assembling and filing reports into patient records, and maintaining the incomplete chart area. This full-time role requires accuracy and the ability to follow policy for record handling.
Responsibilities include obtaining records from units, locating records in the system, filing/scanning, and maintaining confidentiality while providing dependable service.
