Key Qualifications Must have, at a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program. Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state. Must possess leadership/and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel. One year prior experience in the field of nursing management and supervision preferred. Responsibilities To provide supervision, coordination, and evaluation of the day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility on a 24 hours per day, 7 days per week basis.
