Join CJ Designs Residential Services as a Direct Support Professional! Are you compassionate, patient, and looking for meaningful work? We are seeking DSPs to support adults with disabilities in living full, independent, and joyful lives. We offer flexible shifts, paid training, a competitive hourly rate with opportunities for advancement, and a supportive team that values your dedication. Limited experience? We provide training for qualified applicants seeking a new and fulfilling career!
We are hiring full and part-time DSPs to join our teams at group homes in the Harrisonburg/Rockingham County area.
You’ll help with:
- Daily living skills
- Community outings
- Medication administration (we train you!)
- Progress notes and documentation
- Encouraging independence and personal growth
You’ll need:
- HS diploma/GED
- CPR/First Aid (or willingness to learn)
- Reliable transportation
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion, respect, and responsibility
- A strong attendance record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- The ability to work weekends
Hiring range: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour, depending on experience
