Compassionate Hospice Care Specialist (Home Visits)

Ohio’s Hospice seeks a dedicated Personal Care Specialist to deliver hands-on hospice support to patients in their homes and care facilities across the Columbus area. You will work with families and the care team to sustain comfort and dignity with compassionate service. The role is field-based with scheduled hours Mon–Fri 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., rotating weekends and holidays. Requires a valid OH driver’s license and reliable transportation, plus background and 10-panel drug screening. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ohio
