Join us and become a part of a team that embraces the vibrant past while offering unparalleled hospitality.OverviewWe're looking for a warm and welcoming Front Desk Agent / Innkeeper to join our team at Key West Historic Inns and help care for our guests during the evening hours.Our inns are known for their personal approach to hospitality and the feeling of being welcomed into a place that feels like home. In this role, you'll be there to greet our late-arriving guests, help them settle in, and make sure their Key West experience gets off to a great start. You'll also be available to assist our in-house guests, answer questions, and provide the thoughtful, genuine service that makes each of our inns feel special.If you enjoy connecting with people, sharing a little local knowledge, and creating the kind of welcome that makes guests feel comfortable from the moment they arrive, we'd love to have you on our team.ResponsibilitiesWelcome and check in guests arriving during the evening and late arrival hoursHelp guests get settled and familiar with their inn, room, amenities, and surrounding areaReview remaining arrivals and make sure everything is prepared for a smooth check-inAssist in-house guests with questions, requests, directions, and recommendationsShare knowledge of Key West restaurants, attractions, events, and local favoritesProcess payments and maintain accurate guest and reservation informationAnswer incoming calls and assist guests with hotel information and general inquiriesRespond to guest needs and concerns in a friendly and helpful mannerCommunicate and coordinate with other departments to make sure guest requests are handledFollow up with guests to ensure their needs have been addressedMaintain a welcoming and organized Front Desk and guest arrival areaCommunicate important guest information and any follow-up needs to the next shiftQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious hotel, Front Desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferredPrior cash handling experience preferredWarm, friendly, and comfortable engaging with guestsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGood attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple guest needs while maintaining a welcoming approachGood problem-solving skills and sound judgmentAbility to read, write, and speak English fluentlyComfortable using computers and learning hotel systemsKnowledge of Key West and the local area is a plusDependable and available to work evening hours, weekends, and holidaysBenefitsDavidson Hospitality Group is an award-winning, full-service hospitality management company overseeing hotels, restaurants, dining and entertainment venues across the US.
