Speech Therapy Team Leader

Encompass Health

Encompass Health seeks a Speech Therapy Team Leader to guide a team of SLPs in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will provide direct assessment and treatment for patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders while coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team. You will mentor clinicians, support evidence-based practice, and ensure high-quality documentation and regulatory compliance.
