Rehab Without Walls is seeking an experienced Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our innovative Home & Community Neurorehabilitation Program in San Jose and Walnut Creek, CA.

 

Our model brings outpatient-quality care directly to the client , supporting independence and reintegration where life actually happens. Offering stability, support, and flexibility while allowing you to deliver meaningful, real-world rehabilitation.

Who We’re Looking For:

• An experienced PTA seeking a primary therapist assistant role from first treatment through discharge.
• Opportunities for Per Diem (2 cases+ a week) or Full Time (Hours are flexible, ranging from 5-30 hours a week for Per Diem work and 32-40 hours for full-time positions.
• Passionate about functional rehabilitation in real-life environments, such as homes and community settings.
• Ready to move beyond staged therapy and support clients as they:
• • Safely pick up and manage their own prescriptions
  • Return to driving
  • Transition back to work
  • Participate in yoga, light hiking, and other meaningful activities
• A clinician who thrives independently while valuing collaboration with OTs, PTs, SLPs, and other specialized clinicians.

Our W2 PRN structure provides:
