Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current, valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
• Either ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
• Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and school settings
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders among students in partnership with faculty, parents, and other specialists
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Track progress and adjust interventions for optimal student outcomes
• Maintain records in accordance with school and state regulations
• Offer guidance and resources to educators and families to support student growth
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise
