Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Pediatric Respiratory Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Qualivis Program - VCU Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - VCU Health.

Additional Details:

VCU has a natural nail policy.

Required Skills/Experience: - Can screen 1 yr with strong NICU experience. - Servo I ventilator experience required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: - Trauma preferred. - Puritan Bennett ventilator experience preferred. - Teaching hospital experience is preferred.

Unit Details: - Will work both PICU and NICU. - Neonatal, infant, pediatric, and adolescent patient population. - Works across NICU, PICU, and pediatric acute care. High-risk delivery attendance, external transports with competency assessment, pediatric ED (Level 1 trauma center), heliox use, HFOV, and HFJV.

Special Requests: - No time off requests during the first week of the contract.
