Salesforce Developer
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions to support business requirements and drive continuous platform improvement.
This role requires a strong hands-on Salesforce development background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills. The successful candidate must be comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain custom functionality using Salesforce development technologies.
- Build and enhance Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and other Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce application and integration issues.
- Perform code reviews and ensure development follows Salesforce best practices.
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure the performance, scalability, security, and reliability of Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce technologies and recommend innovative solutions where appropriate.
Technical Requirements
- 7+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
- Exceptional hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices.
- Experience working with Salesforce Lightning.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with source control and deployment processes is advantageous.
