Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive, family-oriented outpatient care to an assigned panel of patients throughout the life cycle. Offer preventive care, manage both acute and chronic conditions, develop personalized care plans, and coordinate patient care. Perform women’s health services as needed. Make appropriate referrals for additional services and specialized care. Qualifications M.D. or D.O. in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
