Job Title: HVAC Service Company Billing Agent

Location: Niceville, Florida

Bay Climate Control and Refrigeration is a growing HVAC service company based in Niceville, Florida and we are looking for a billing agent to join our team. As a billing agent, you will be responsible for managing our billing process, including invoicing customers, collecting payments, and handling any billing-related customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and send invoices to customers for HVAC services provided
• Collect payments from customers via phone, email, or in person
• Resolve any billing-related customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Update customer billing information as needed
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure accurate and timely billing processes
• Maintain accurate records of billing and payment transactions

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in billing or accounting
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of HVAC service industry billing practices and software is a plus
