Marathon Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented QA Technician / Quality Inspector to help ensure every product meets the highest quality standards before it reaches the customer. Position: QA Technician / Quality Inspector Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour (Based on experience) Category: Production / Industrial What You'll Be Doing: Perform visual, dimensional, and process inspections on processed steel and finished materials Verify measurements, edge quality, surface condition, packaging, labels, tags, and product traceability Use measuring tools, inspection equipment, quality documentation, and computer systems to ensure accuracy Identify and document nonconforming materials before they move through production Partner with production, packaging, shipping & receiving, and supervisors to maintain the highest quality standards Maintain accurate inspection records and clearly communicate quality findings throughout the production process What We're Looking For: Strong attention to detail Comfortable working with measurements, fractions, decimals, gauges, widths, and tolerances Ability to read and follow quality procedures and inspection instructions Experience using measuring tools and documenting inspection results Excellent communication and teamwork skills Manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred Why Join Marathon Staffing?
