Status/FTE: PRN / 0.001 Shift length: 12 hours Start Time: 1900 Unit: ICU Required Qualifications Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school BLS for Healthcare Provider upon hire ACLS required within six months of hire Two (2) years of ICU experience Current state RN license Preferred Qualifications BSN Experience in critical care Previous experience with intra‑aortic balloon pump, continuous renal replacement therapy CCRN certification How You’ll Contribute You will use your plan‑of‑care interventions, serve as a patient‑care innovator, and shape exceptional patient journeys daily, leveraging your skills and our technology to directly impact patient wellbeing. Additional Information / Department Responsibilities The RN utilizes the nursing process in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the nursing care of patients from admission to the department through discharge or transfer. Provides expert care and education to patients in the critical care setting, acts as a patient advocate, leader, mentor, and positive role model for assistive personnel. Knowledgeable in all procedures, disease processes, interventions, and pharmacological agents related to critical care.
