This role focuses on programming, setup, and process optimization for multi-axis CNC machines producing high-precision components for the heavy truck industry.What You'll DoProgram, set up, and support multi-axis CNC mills and lathesDevelop and improve machining processes to support production goalsTroubleshoot machining, tooling, and setup issuesTrain and mentor setup personnel and machine operatorsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentSupport continuous improvement and quality initiativesWhat We're Looking For5+ years of CNC machining and programming experienceStrong G & M code programming experience preferredMacro-variable programming experience strongly preferredExperience with Mazak, Makino, and Fanuc-controlled machinesAbility to read and interpret blueprints, 3D models, and GD&TExperience with inspection and gauging methodsStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsProcess development experience in a production environmentDetail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safetyPrior experience mentoring or leading machinists is a plus
