Program Overview – Management Trainee The CE New Graduate Rotational Program 2026 is a 12‑month cross‑functional, hands‑on learning experience for entry‑level, qualified candidates. Participants develop the skills needed to thrive across multiple areas of the organization, including: Orientation to Carrier Enterprise’s mission, vision, values, and culture Product and sales knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing strategies Residential/Commercial Sales Wholesale/Branch Sales Functions Distribution/Warehouse Operations Customer Experience Development Upon successful completion, trainees may pursue careers in sales, branch sales, warehouse operations, finance, marketing, and more.
