Falstaff Search is partnering with a leading orthopedic medical device company to identify an experienced Orthopedic Sales Representative / Team Lead for the Charlotte, NC market. This organization has a strong presence in total joints and sports medicine and is looking for someone who can take ownership of the Charlotte market, manage existing relationships, and continue expanding the territory. About the Role This is a unique opportunity to step into an established book of business with a proven customer base, industry-leading orthopedic technology, and significant growth potential. This is not a build-from-scratch opportunity. The foundation is already in place. We are looking for the right person to take it to the next level. Responsibilities Take over and manage an established Charlotte-area book of business Represent a highly regarded portfolio of orthopedic technologies and surgical solutions Focus across total joints and sports medicine Serve as a team lead within the Charlotte metro market Develop and expand existing surgeon, hospital, and ASC relationships Identify new opportunities and drive continued territory growth Work alongside an experienced leadership team with a strong, team-oriented culture Qualifications The ideal candidate is an experienced orthopedic sales professional with existing relationships in the Charlotte market. Candidates should have a track record of developing surgeon relationships, growing orthopedic business, and succeeding in a competitive medical device environment. Required Skills Experience within total joints, sports medicine, orthopedic implants, or a closely related surgical specialty is strongly preferred.
