We are seeking a Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to support legal proceedings
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
• Assist attorneys with case preparation for hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
• Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Maintain case deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and scheduling orders
• Perform other administrative and case management duties as assigned
• Draft and respond to discovery requests, including interrogatories, requests for production, and subpoenas
• Gather, review, and organize financial records and other case-related documents

** Qualifications: **

• Family law paralegal experience is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , including Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
• Familiarity with legal research
• Experience with legal case management software (Clio) and electronic court filing (e-filing)
• Dependable, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong work ethic
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
