We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans

• Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs

• Monitor residents’ conditions and respond to changes appropriately

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation

• Uphold standards of safety, infection control, and quality care

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of Kentucky

• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills

• Excellent leadership and communication abilities

• A passion for delivering resident-centered care

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
