Guidewire Integration Developer

Guidewire Integration Developer Los Angeles, CA Responsibilities Design, modify, and deploy software including object-oriented programming concepts using design standards and best practices. Plan, design, develop, modify, test, debug, and maintain GOSU language application code within Guidewire Policy Center, Billing Center, and Claim Center. Work on middleware platforms such as WebSphere ESB, MuleSoft, WebMethods, or similar. Handle various data structures and platforms from legacy flat files to complex relational models. Resolve issues identified during testing of configuration requirements. Organize code merges and manage environment tasks. Execute minor and major Guidewire software upgrades. Implement reusable integration modules, ensuring loose coupling and easy scalability. Develop GUnit and JUnit tests for business logic. Design and develop batch processes inside Guidewire Centers and external batch processes that connect with Guidewire systems. Design and develop adapters, service APIs, and plugin components based on business requirements. Lead and manage development teams, utilizing Agile methodology, source version control, and release management. Architect and create solution designs, presenting options and estimates. Assist with GOSU code reviews, code cleanups, and sprint demos. Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams across time zones. Qualifications Experience in Guidewire Integration Development. Knowledge of Policy Center, Billing Center, and Claim Center with focus on integration. Proficiency in Java or GOSU programming. Hands‑on experience with J2EE Application Servers, XML Web Services, and RDBMS. Experience with Guidewire integration development in Policy Center, Billing Center, and Claim Center. Experience managing teams and executing Agile methodology, source version control, and release management. Ability to architect and create solution designs, present architecture options, and provide estimates. Experience assisting with GOSU code reviews, code cleanups, and sprint demos. Understanding of multi‑platform applications and multi‑tier systems. Certifications Guidewire Certified in Policy Center, Billing Center, and/or Claim Center, preferably with integration focus.
