Taco Casa is looking for a dependable and motivated Shift Leader to help lead our team and deliver an outstanding guest experience. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for supporting daily restaurant operations, assisting team members during shifts, and ensuring guests receive fast, friendly service in a clean and welcoming environment. What You'll Do Lead and motivate team members during assigned shifts Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction Assign tasks and monitor productivity throughout the shift Assist with food preparation and quality control Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally Assist with cash handling and register accountability Support opening and closing procedures Train and mentor new team members Help maintain adequate staffing and workflow during busy periods What We're Looking For Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred Leadership experience is a plus but not requiredStrong communication and problem‑solving skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Reliable, organized, and team‑oriented Flexible availability, including nights and weekends Why Join Taco Casa?
