What You’ll Do Be a mobility magician—help residents move with confidence, strength, and a spark of joy. Turn therapy sessions into victories—celebrate every small step, stretch, or lift that brings independence closer. Create personalized game plans (treatment plans) that match each resident’s goals and lifestyle. Teach residents and their families tips and exercises so progress continues beyond sessions. Team up with nurses, caregivers, and other wellness champions to deliver whole‑person care. Keep track of progress like a wellness detective—documenting successes and milestones along the way. Be the friendly motivator, cheerleader, and coach our residents look forward to seeing.
