Active Missouri Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Home Health experience required, including OASIS assessment experience (client-specific requirement). Experience with client electronic documentation systems preferred, HCHB experience preferred. Minimum education requirement: at least a Bachelor's degree (client-specific requirement). Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0800-1600. Weekly Hour Guarantee: 32 hours per week. On-call/Weekend Requirement: 1 weekend every 6 weeks. Coverage Areas: North County, St. Louis County and St. Louis City (candidate may be required to travel within these coverage areas).
