Core Responsibilities Craft and serve a variety of fine wines and high-quality cocktails and beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and offering recommendations for beverages in the bar, additional hotel amenities, and unique experiences in the valley Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - stocking supplies and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of orders Uphold the ambiance and atmosphere of the establishment by adhering to brand standards and enhancing the guest experience Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory Continuously strive to enhance product knowledge and refine mixology skills to meet evolving trends and guest preferences Address guest inquiries, concerns and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and assisting as needed Carry out opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and securing the bar area at the end of the shift Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in a high-end or upscale environment Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beer Exceptional customer service and communication skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
