Who We’re Looking For: Experienced Behavior Technicians: We welcome seasoned technicians who are ready to bring their expertise to a growing clinic and help make a significant impact in the community. Passionate Individuals: No formal experience? No problem! If you have experience working with children with developmental disabilities (personal or volunteer-based), we’ll provide all the training and support you need to thrive. Responsibilities: Implement individualized ABA treatment plans Work one-on-one with children in clinical, home, and community settings to help them develop essential life skills. Collect and record detailed data on client progress to inform treatment adjustments. Collaborate with supervisors, parents, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care.
