Responsibilities Engage directly with customers and prospective customers during promotional activities. Present products and services clearly and professionally. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information or solutions. Participate in promotional campaigns, community outreach, and events. Build positive relationships with customers and prospective customers. Assist with promotional materials, displays, and customer engagement activities. Communicate product and service benefits in a friendly and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and promotional activities. Support individual and team marketing and sales objectives. Collaborate with team members to achieve business goals. Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality. Comfortable interacting with customers in person. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
