Position: RN – Skilled Nursing Available Shifts: 11pm-7am (Part-time) Experienced based compensation What You’ll Do: Provide compassionate care and assist residents with daily living activities. Monitor and respond to changes in residents’ health and behavior. Collaborate with the care team to develop and update personalized care plans. Communicate effectively with families and leadership to ensure top-tier care. Delegate, supervise, and support the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Uphold the highest standards of nursing practice and professionalism. What You’ll Need: A current RN license valid in the state of Florida (or compact state). A heart for service and a readiness to respond to community needs and emergencies.
